ACH Payments
ACH Bank Draft will automatically withdraw your water bill out of your checking/savings on the 20th of each month. Customers that wish to receive this service will need to fill out an application. Application forms are available at either State Street Bank or Liberty Bank in Payson, Bingaman Automotive or by using the link at the bottom of this page. The bank draft will begin the next bill period and on the water bill it will say bank draft. The current bill will need to be paid with check or cash.
This authority for ACH payment shall remain in full force and effect until Village of Payson receives written notification of your intent to terminate in such time and manner as to afford Village of Payson a reasonable opportunity to respond. Payments will be processed on the 20th of the month. If the 20th falls on a holiday/weekend payment will be processed on the next business day.
Insufficient funds in a customer account will result in a penalty service charge of $25.00. The customer will receive written notice and have 7 days to make payment in full or water service may be disconnected. If a customer has 3 insufficient funds customers will no longer be able to use the ACH Bank Draft.
